Buffalo Blizzard® Water Bags are an effective method to keep your pool's winter cover secure in sub-zero temperatures. Our 22 Gauge Water Bag Kits are made up of 8' and 10' long, double chamber water bags. Each water bag is manufactured from durable, 22 gauge vinyl. They have been designed to withstand the colder months and are treated with antibacterial and antifungal additives. To prevent fading, they are also treated with UV inhibitors.
This kit contains enough water bags to keep a 16' x 36' rectangular winter cover secured. Each chamber of the water bag should be filled ½ - ¾ full to allow room for water freezing expansion during the winter.
Tip: If you are having trouble closing a water bag's valve, try soaking it in warm water.
