Cart
Our website uses a "shopping cart" system for ordering online.
This allows you to fill a virtual shopping cart and then checkout
when you are done shopping. Every product available for online
purchase has a small button next to it that says "Add to Cart".
When you click that button, your shopping cart will appear
on screen showing that the product has been added.
- You can remove any item from your shopping cart by clicking
on the "Remove" link below the item quantity.
- To change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart,
click on the number to the left of the item, change the
quantity, and then click on the "Recalculate" button.
- You can continue browsing products by clicking on the
"Continue Shopping" button, and return to your shopping
cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button at
the top right of the page.
- Once you're done shopping, click on "Secure Checkout"
to purchase the items in your Shopping Cart. Our Checkout
process is fast, easy, and secure.
- Promotion and coupon codes can be redeemed on the Shopping
Cart page.
Redeeming a Promotion or Coupon Code
To redeem a promotion or coupon code, enter the code exactly
as it appears in the space provided in your Shopping Cart
and click on the "Redeem" button. This space appears in a
yellow block below the products in your shopping cart. The
page will refresh and in most cases the discount will be reflected
immediately in your shopping cart. Some coupons are not applied
until the final verification screen. Only one promotion or
coupon may be used per order. If you have already entered
a code, redeeming another code will void the one that has
already been applied.
* Please note that Leisure Living Gift Certificates cannot
be redeemed online. To use a Gift Certificate, please call
1-800-441-7789 to place your order.
Completing Your Order
("Checkout")
Once you have finished adding all of your items to the shopping
cart, you are ready to "checkout". To complete the order process,
click on the "Secure Checkout" button at the bottom of the
Shopping Cart page. You will then be given three options:
Checkout Without Registering, Register
as a New User, or Log In. These options
are described below:
Checkout
Without Registering
This option will take you directly to the checkout process,
without requiring you to register as a user. To use this option,
click on the first "Continue" button in the "New Online Customer"
box after checking out from your shopping cart. You will be
asked to enter contact information (name, email address, and
telephone number),
general customer information (such as your customer number
if you have one), your billing address and shipping address.
If your billing and shipping address are the same, you may
fill in your billing information, and then click on the checkbox
next to "Billing and Shipping Info are the Same". This will
automatically populate the shipping address section with the
information from your billing address. Once you have completed
the form click on "Submit" to proceed to the next step, where
you will provide your payment information. All credit card
information is securely encrypted prior to being transmitted.
Contact Information: This is usually the
information of the person placing the order. This is important
because this is how we will contact you if a problem occurs
with your order. Make sure to double check the email address
and phone number.
You can click the check box under the email section if you
would like to subscribe to our promotional mailing list. We
send out offers such as free shipping & handling, money off
your order, free items and more. You can be sure that we will
never sell, rent or share your information with anyone. It
remains with our company only. You can always decide at a
later time to sign up or take yourself off the mailing list.
Customer Information: If you currently have
one of our catalogs, there is a customer number & source code
on the back cover. You can type those in here. They are not
necessary to place your order, so if you don't have them or
don't know them you can leave this section blank.
The 5 questions that are listed below help us decide which
catalog to send out to you. This is not necessary to to place
your order, but it does give us information about the pool
you own and the products that you use which can help us serve
you better.
Billing Information: This is the information
about the person whose credit card is being used. It must
match the person's name and address that is associated with
the credit card. The card will be declined if this information
is not correct. Please note that your credit card will not
be charged until your order ships out.
Shipping Information: This is the address
to which the order will be shipped. Most orders are shipped
to the same address as the billing address, however, you can
ship to to anywhere you wish. (For example, your work or a
neighbor's house) Make sure you double check this information
too. Delivery of your order may be delayed if this information
is incorrect. If this information is the same as the billing
information, you can check the box next to "Billing and Shipping
Info are the Same". This way you don't have to fill out the
same information twice. If it is different, fill out the information
with the recipient's name, address, phone number, etc.
Register
as a New User
Registering as a user allows us to store your billing and
shipping address for your convenience on future orders. Products
recently added to your shopping cart are stored here as well.
Please note that for security reasons we do not store any
credit card information in your online user account.
Customer Information:
Username: This is a unique name associated
with your account. You will log in to PoolSupplies.com using
this name and your password.
Password: This is your own personal 'code'
to access your account with us. This should be a mix of letters
and numbers.
Re-enter Password: To confirm your password,
please re-enter it here. This helps prevent typos which can
cause problems the next time you log in.
Email Address: We require you to submit
an email address with your order. This allows us to email
you confirmations of your order, shipping notifications, plus
we will contact you via email if a problem with your order
should arise. Please note: We will never sell, rent or give
your email address to anyone. It stays within our company.
On the checkout page, you can click the check box under the

Company Name: If you own a business, or
are placing an order for one, this is where you would put
the name. If you are only ordering for yourself, you can leave
this field blank.

Log
In
It is not necessary to log in to place an order with us.
This feature is simply for the convenience of not having to
type all your information each time. We do not store your
credit card information in your account, so you will still
have to submit that
information. If you wish to place an order without registering,
you are more than welcome to do so by clicking the first "Continue"
button in the "New Online Customer" box after checking out
from your shopping cart.
Please Note:
The My Account feature is not tied in with our internal order
system. Even if you have placed an order with us (via the
phone, internet, or fax) in the past, you may not have an
account. This feature has been in place since the Spring of
2006, so if you have not registered an online account with
us since then, you will need to register for one. If you have
forgotten your information, or you're not sure if you have
an account, you can use the 'forgot password' feature. Just
fill in the email address used with the account and it will
email your username and password. If it says 'account information
was not located', the information was typed information incorrectly
or you do not currently have an account with us. It also may
be possible that you used an alternate email address when
you registered for the account. If you are still not able
to log in, you may always simply checkout without registering
or create a new account.
If you are logged into your account, all of your contact,
billing, and shipping information will be filled in for you.
If you are placing an order without registering, you will
need to fill in this information.
Confirm
Your Order
After submitting your contact information, general customer
information, billing address and shipping address, you will
be asked to review your order and provide your credit card
information. If anything needs to be changed, use your browser's
back arrow and make the necessary changes. If all of the information
is correct, click on "Place My Order" to complete the order
process.
Invoice
Once you have completed your order, you will be brought to
a screen showing all of your order information, which you
may print for your records. An invoice will be sent to the
email address provided.
