FED EX HOME DELIVERY SHIPPING
We normally ship by Fed Ex Home Delivery or common truck carrier, depending on the item. Freight charges will be automatically calculated when you place your order.
Please address any freight questions to our Customer Service Dept. 1-800-441-7789. Expedited delivery available, please call.

TIME OF PAYMENT
Please include full payment for the merchandise ordered with appropriate sales taxes and shipping charges. These will be automatically calculated by the shopping cart and added to your order total. New York residents must include 8.75% sales tax. Overpayments on accounts will be refunded.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS
We will attempt to make appropriate substitutions on discontinued or unavailable items. We cannot guarantee that all items originally shown in our web site will be available for the entire season.

RETURN POLICY
20% RESTOCKING FEE and actual shipping charges may apply.
All returns must be approved by Leisure Living™ and have a return authorization number for credit to be given to an account. Original handling charge is not refundable. All returns must be clean, unused and in resalable condition, including original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
NOTE: Non Returnable items include Chemicals, Paint, Custom/Special Orders and opened or unfolded Liners

BACKORDERS
Despite our best efforts, items are sometimes out of stock. This occurs due to manufacturers inability to keep up with demand on some items, or an unexpectedly high response to items offered on our web site. We normally will not hold up an order for one or two Items. All other items will be shipped. All backorders will be shipped as soon as they become available. If you cannot wait for an item, you may call our customer service department TOLL FREE and instruct them to substitute another item, or cancel the order and process a refund or credit.

DROP SHIPMENTS
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will occasionally drop ship the item direct from our supplier to save delays in processing your order.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Leisure Living takes every effort to ensure the website information is correct and up to date, however, typographical and technical errors sometimes occur. In the event of an error the company reserves the right to cancel the order or remove the item(s) in question. Any fees charged to the customer will be refunded to the account charged within 30 days. If the item(s) has been shipped, either the correct amount must be paid or the item(s) returned.

TIME TO RECEIVE ORDER
Although most orders are shipped within 24 hours, the actual delivery time depends greatly on the time of year. Orders placed before the Memorial Day holiday period or after July 4th can normally be handled within 1 working day or less. Orders placed during the height of the season, May and June, could take an extra 1-2 days . Express delivery is available, please call 1-800-441-7789 for details. We make no guarantees as to the exact length of time. Please consult our operators for details when you place your order.

OIL PRICE FLUCTUATIONS
Due to constantly rising oil prices on the world market since 2004 and the especially high spikes in the spring of 2008, Leisure Living may be forced to increase pricing from time to time to meet the challenges of free shipping on most every product.

PRODUCT SHIPMENT
We ship all products to you by Fed Ex, Ground/Air, USPS or truck carrier. We make every effort to ship by Fed Ex. Their maximum weight is 150 Ibs. and the maximum size is 130”. In cases where the items exceed Fed Ex maximum size, we will ship by common truck carrier. Items shipped by truck will take more time to arrive than anything shipped by Fed Ex. Usually Fed Ex will leave your package at your doorstep without anyone being home. For truck carrier deliveries, only sidewalk delivery service is provided. In-house deliveries and special lift gate delivery service cost extra. Call our service department for price quotations. Refusal of truck deliveries will result in a charge back to your account for both the arrival and return freight costs, plus any incurred storage costs. In addition, there must be someone home to sign and receive the goods. If there is never anyone home during the day we suggest that we assign your delivery to your workplace or to a neighbor or friends home instead.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products sold are covered by a manufacturers warranty. There are no other warranties either expressed or implied. Leisure Living™ cannot be held responsible for damage due to customer negligence. For all warranty replacements, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Leisure Living Freight Delivery Information

My Order is being shipped via freight truck. What does that mean to me as far as the delivery of my order?

  • Shipments requiring truck deliveries are due to the overall size or weight of the item. These items are either too large, or too heavy to be delivered to you by FedEx and require a delivery truck.

  • Actual delivery dates cannot be determined at the time of order
  • The Freight Carrier will notify you of delivery 1-2 days prior to delivery. You, or someone you appoint, must be in attendance at the time of delivery. NOTE: Person signing for item must be over the age of 18.

  • Lift gate service is available for an additional charge and must be requested at the time of order. A lift gate truck has a hydraulic lift to set your order at the curb.

  • If you do not order lift gate service, you will need to arrange for additional help to unload your order as you will be required to move your packages from the truck itself.

  • If there is more than one box, the shipment will be put on a pallet and wrapped in clear plastic shrink wrap. You may need to break down pallet orders and unload the individual boxes or items.

  • Please keep count of the number of boxes/items that were delivered and compare that with the delivery bill. Note any differences in quantities on the delivery bill BEFORE you sign. This will be helpful in filing a claim with the trucking company.

  • Refusal of delivery on a freight delivery
    is subject to shipping and restocking fees.

  • Make a note of any damages on the delivery bill BEFORE you sign. The trucking company requires this in order to pay for damages that may occur during shipping.

NOTE: If you sign the delivery statement without noting all damaged and/or missing items, neither Leisure Living nor the shipping company can be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.

If there is a large amount of damage (large holes in the boxes, contents spilling out, missing more than 10% of the boxes, etc.) please refuse delivery and contact Customer Service at 1-800-441-7789

Freight charges may apply to any order being shipped by freight or denoted by truck symbol.

Freight charges are in addition to the standard handling rates. Freight shipments are "Tailgate" deliveries. The delivery must be signed for and the driver will hand you your merchandise off the truck. Freight charges vary dependent upon zip code of shipping address and weight of shipment.
