Rx Clear® Spring Opening Pool Chemical Kits

The Rx Clear® Pool Opening Kit includes all the chemicals you need to get your pool started this spring including chlorine shock. Kit A is for pools up to 7,500 gallons.

After an entire winter, your pool water is loaded with chloramines (combined chlorine) and contaminants. Only by shocking with chlorine will these contaminants be oxidized and purified. The Rx Clear® 50% Pool Algaecide will prevent algae while working to eliminate any existing algae in your water. Our algaecide will not stain your liner and works best in warm waters. The Stabilizer & Conditioner in this chemical kit will reduce chlorine loss caused by UV rays. This will greatly increase chlorine effectiveness and will cut chlorine consumption. After using your chemicals test your water's Chlorine, Bromine, pH, and Alkalinity with the provided test strips.
