Return Policy

All return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

We will provide you with a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Department prior to returning your item.

For Damaged Items

You can refuse the package and contact us immediately about the delivery.

  1. If your freight shipment arrives and there is visible damage/peices missing, please mark the damage/ peice count on the bill of lading and call us to discuss the situation.
  2. Document the damage with photos (Phone camera pictures are accepted).
