Salt Water Closing Kit

Closing your saltwater pool is a snap! With our custom Salt Water Closing Kit, you just need to follow these simple steps to close your pool:

1. Add both parts of the Salt Water Magic Monthly Mineral Mix and run your filter for 1 hour
2. Add 1 qt. of Jack's Magic Purple Stuff (This prevents any staining or scaling)
3. Add 10 oz of Rx Clear® 50% algaecide for every 10,000 Gallons of water (This heat activated algaecide keeps the water free of algae in the spring)

One kit will treat pools up to 20,000 gallons

Note: The monthly Mineral Mix is part of the Salt Water Closing Kit. It deactivates iron, copper, and other various metals preventing staining over the winter. It also contains Lanthanum Chloride, which is a phosphate remover, preempting algae growth. It does not need to be added monthly over the winter. It’s a one and done deal.
