Rx Clear® Radiant Sand Filter & Luster Kits

The Rx Clear® Radiant Sand Filter is an efficient system that is both easy to operate and simple to install for above-ground pools. It will keep your pool water clean all season. This filter is powered by a 1-piece blow-molded tank with a skirt/base for the filter only.

Information on Luster Filter Media

Replace your regular sand with Rx Clear® Luster Filter Media in your pool's sand filter. Reusable, eco-friendly, and made from 100% polyethylene, these tiny balls will last several pool seasons while filtering particles down to 3-5 microns. Keep your pool clean with less backwashing with this non-toxic filter media.

Note: A pea gravel base is recommended with the use of this product. Layer pea gravel above laterals to cover them. Clarifiers should not be used with this product. 

Instructions for Use:

1. Open your filter
2. Empty any media/sand from the tank and clean the tank thoroughly
3. Fill the filter with Rx Clear Luster. 1 Box of Luster equals 50 lbs of sand
4. Close your filter
5. Backwash for 30 seconds
6. Start filtering
