Rx Clear® Chlorine Free Shock improves pool and spa water quality without damaging your vinyl liner. This oxidizing shock treatment is free of calcium and chlorine. Chlorine-Free Shock replaces superchlorination and removes irritating smells and chloramines.

Regular use of Rx Clear® Chlorine Free Shock will oxidize most organic contaminants resulting from bather load, skin, mucous, urine, cosmetics, leaves, and windblown matter. It can be used in pool water every week (heavy swimming usage) to every two weeks (light swimming usage).

Note: This product is not a sanitizer or an algaecide. Keep out of reach of children.

How to Use:

  • For the initial treatment, add this product at the rate of 2 lbs per 10,000 gallons of water
  • Apply a normal load once a week at a rate of 1 lb. per 10,000 gallons of water
  • For heavily contaminated pools, more frequent treatment may be required
