The best way to determine what frame size you have is by measuring the distance between the “thru bolts” on the motor that attach to the wet end/pump. 48 frame measures 3⅝” and 56 frame measures 4⅛”.

Note: This pool pump CANNOT be sold in/shipped to California or Florida. Pool pumps 1 HP, or larger, that are sold in/shipped to California and Florida must be 2 speed or variable speed motors.
